If you are a customer in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, socks or sock sleeves that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If your cancellation is approved in accordance with applicable law, we will refund the full amount paid for the product.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
