This policy applies to products sold by PITCH X, including PX GRIP, PX VENT, PX SHIELD and PX PRIME. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Right to Cancel — UK and EU Customers

If you are a customer in the UK or European Union, you may cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@pitchxfootball.com within that period and send the items back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns — Other Destinations

For customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, PITCH X offers a voluntary change-of-mind return period of 14 days from delivery. The same voluntary period applies to customers in other destinations where we accept orders at checkout.

Email hello@pitchxfootball.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions; please send the items back within 14 days of receiving those instructions. This voluntary policy does not limit any rights available under local law.

3. Condition of Returned Items

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in a condition suitable for resale. Please include the original packaging and any accessories where reasonably possible.

These conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. UK and EU customers may inspect an item as they would in a shop; where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if handling beyond what is needed to inspect it has reduced its value.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact hello@pitchxfootball.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photos if available so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by applicable law. Your legal rights are not limited to a seven-day reporting period.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, or evidence that it has been sent where applicable, we will assess it and process any refund due to your original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For an eligible voluntary change-of-mind return, we refund the product price. For a UK or EU statutory cancellation, any standard delivery charge you paid will also be refunded where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, PITCH X will cover reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law. Please contact us before sending an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

7. Socks, Sock Sleeves and Hygiene

For all destinations, PITCH X does not accept worn or washed socks or sock sleeves as voluntary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a voluntary return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and, where provided, returned with their original hygienic packaging intact.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory cancellation, faulty-goods or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law requires us to accept a return, we will do so.

For UK and EU customers, the 14-day statutory right to cancel remains subject to applicable law. Where socks or sock sleeves are supplied in sealed packaging and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, the statutory right to cancel may be lost after the seal is broken, where permitted by applicable law.

This section does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
